• Have been trying to get to sleep for over an hour and no joy. Can’t explain it #
• Turns out the big cup of coffee I drank before bed was NOT decaf and infact strong filter. No wonder I couldn’t sleep #
• Must get new book by Chris Anderson "Free" about companies making a fortune giving away stuff. Now where have I heard that lately? #
• Just arrived back in Plymouth. Time to put my new shelves up in the kitchen. #
